SECUR(ER) COMMUNICATIONS
voizes@protonmail.com

General Security Measures:
To avoid any reprisals for collaborating with the VOIZES Archive we recommend collaborators take extra precautions when it comes to their online communications.
We suggest always using TOR: an internet browser that hides your IP address and other information that could reveal your identity to those wanting to surveil your communications. A guide to downloading and installing TOR on Linux, Windows and MacOs, is available here.
We offer three email contact options, ranging from insecure to most secure. Depending on the information you are sending us and whether you want to keep your identity anonymous and protected, you can decide which option makes the most sense for you.

Option 0
Contact us using your regular, unencrypted and monitored email account (Gm—.com, yah–.com, etc.). We have to assume our communications will be monitored by (at least) your email provider, and therefore the security of both parties has been compromised.

Option 1
1- To maintain your anonymity when you write us, close all other applications and connect to the internet via TOR browser. Go to https://protonirockerxow.onion and create an email account specifically for our communications at Proton Mail. Notice that you won’t be able to open the link using a regular browser.
2- Send the message or information from your new account at Proton Mail to this email address: voizes@protonmail.com. The communications will be encrypted.

Option 2 (for PGP users)
1- On TOR, download the PGP public key for voizes@protonmail.com here.
Need stronger cripto? Download our 4096bit key for voizes@protonmail.com here.
